Our staff is trained specifically on the ArchiOffice product so that we can intelligently support it and solve any technical problems that may arise. We were also contracted by Orange Loft LLC to program ArchiOffice, so we even have direct contact to all the key development personnel to resolve any issue that may arise. Using professional Help Desk software, our trained technical Customer Service Representatives can respond to your calls, log incidents, mine the knowledge base for previous solutions, and track problems to resolution.
