"Donald Powers Architects is a small firm of 7 people based in Providence, RI. Before we learned about ArchiOffice, we were exploring separate software programs for billing, time tracking, contact management and a shared calendar. We were thrilled to learn that ArchiOffice does all of the above and more.
There was practically no learning curve for our employees. The ArchiOffice templates for correspondence and project administration are very comprehensive and easy to customize with our fonts and logo. The billing summaries have been a great tool for everyone to get an up-to-the-minute snapshot of how a project is doing in budgeted vs. actual time.
Before ArchiOffice, I entered everyone’s time manually into QuickBooks time keeper to generate invoices. Having everyone enter their own time in ArchiOffice has made invoicing much simpler. There are a lot of options for how a project can be billed, i.e. hourly vs. fixed fee, etc… and the invoices look very professional. I continue to use QuickBooks which interfaces with ArchiOffice smoothly.
From a customer service standpoint, I’ve been extremely impressed. Anytime I have a question, someone responds right away. Each new release includes great new features which demonstrate their commitment to continuing to improve the software. It’s a great tool and we rely on it. "
