How do I create an event?
From either the Daily, Weekly or Monthly views, you simply select
the “add” button for the appropriate day and enter
the requested information.
2) How do others know what I’m
doing on a given day and time?
Because ArchiOffice® is a networked program, all the employees
in your office can see the shared calendar. Filters allow users
to specify which projects and/or employees they want the calendar
to be restricted to.
3) How will this information show
on my PDA?
By using the PDA sync module in ArchiOffice®, your calendar
events and to-do’s will flow down into the default calendar
in your PDA. The current version of ArchiOffice® does not
allow for you to sync events created on the PDA with ArchiOffice.
NOTE: Calendar event synchronization currently not supported on
Mac OS9 or Windows XP.
