ArchiOffice, that we are offering a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
You can use your ArchiOffice software fully for the first 60 days after installation, complete with full access to our outstanding Supportech services, training resources, and online documentation with tutorials. Your ArchiOffice software will function for 60 days after installation without requiring a registration code.
Once you are satisfied with your ArchiOffice software, you need to request your registration code.
In the event that
you are not satisfied with your ArchiOffice purchase within those 60 days,
you may request a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund,
you must have purchased and completed a minimum of three hours of Setup & Installation
Assistance Services and a minimum of two hours of Personalized Online Training. A
refund will be processed for the entire amount of your ArchiOffice software,
FileMaker software and the ArchiOffice Support/Maintenance Agreements less
the sum of (1) a restocking fee equal to 10% of your purchase price, and (2)
a $20.00 CD handling/shipping fee. Requests for refunds must be made within
90 days from the date your ArchiOffice software is shipped to you. Any
additional services that were purchased and rendered, including the minimum
Installation Assistance Services and Personalized Online Training classes,
are not refundable.
Once the ArchiOffice registration code has been requested, your ArchiOffice software can be permanently “unlocked”. As a result, no refunds of any kind can be issued once the registration code has been requested.
By requesting a refund, you agree to remove and return all software and documentation. A refund check will be processed upon receipt of the returned material.
If you purchase ArchiOffice products and return them for a refund, you will not be able to purchase the software again and utilize the 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee within 3 years from your initial refund date. |
