It was created by Architects, for Architects, and has continued to evolve to meet the needs of a growing customer base world-wide.  Now in version 3.30, ArchiOffice takes all the disparate pieces of information in your office and organizes them in a most remarkable way. It brings order to your firm.

The ArchiOffice Manual is the comprehensive guide to an incredible software program that has improved efficiency, profitability and organization for hundreds of architectural firms. It covers all aspects of the software and will be continuously updated, making ArchiOffice not only the best solution on the market for Architects, but also the solution with the best product support.

There are two versions of the ArchiOffice Manual available for your convenience:

1. Flash Version: Best quality. An Internet connection and Macromedia Flash Player is required. Compatible with all Mac and PC browsers.

2. PDF Version: This printable version of the Manual contains over 400 pages and is more than 11MB in size. The file can be downloaded and then used/printed from your computer. An Internet connection is required to download the file.  Compatible with Mac and PC.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

The online versions of the ArchiOffice Manual include over 4.5 hours (100+ MB) of tutorial videos, demonstrating everything from how to work with Contacts, Projects, Time / Expense, Billing, Calendar, Reports and Email, to using ArchiOffice for Internal Non-Billable Projects and Setting Up Existing Projects. All videos are produced in Macromedia Flash Player format to minimize size and bandwidth requirements.
